“Ojectification and… men?”
I blogged Jimquisition’s video on objectification and women in video games recently and he has done this one as a follow-up, addressing the tired retort of ‘Men are objectified too, its equal’ that we have all heard. He does it so perfectly and intelligently I just… I LOVE THIS MAN OK, he gets it and doesn’t get wrapped up in the dick waving parties these discussions of sexism in video games usually gets reduced to.

just imagine cemeteries looking like this
a forest of living, changing, beautiful trees. I think a tombstone holds much more finality in death than a tree. It’s like you are living on symbolically through something greater than yourself.

Tashiro-jima (or Tashirojima), 田代島, is a small island in Japan. It has become known as “Cat Island” due to the large stray cat population that thrives as a result of the local belief that feeding cats will bring wealth and good fortune. The cat population is now larger than the human population on the island.
